I’ve tried a variety of different ways to bring it up but the closest I get is it running as a background task. I am also having an issue that may be related where three users cannot use the on-screen keyboard. I have checked for scroll lock and mouse keys.
I have tried multiple keyboards as well as deleting/updating the keyboard drivers on both computers. Two users are having this issue and I've only observed this behavior in Excel. The inverse applies if I start with an arrow key and then use the corresponding number. If I hit the 8 Key on the number pad several times and then use the dedicated Up Arrow Key(to the left of the Num-Pad) it will, for about three clicks, act as though I'm hitting the 8 Key.
